CARBONCUT is a highly concentrated alkaline-based decarbonizer. It is good wetting, free rinsing, and removes carbonized oil through the use of surface energy and molecular anti-bonding mechanisms.
CARBONCUT is a water-based liquid, safe for almost all types of metal including aluminium and ferrous metals. It is completely biodegradable.
CARBONCUT is formulated to efficiently clean petroleum industry, refinery and industrial equipment, compressors, tanks, and many types of heavy duty carbonized oil removal for other industries.
However, the suitability of application of CARBONCUT is not limited to the above applications; its effectiveness can be proven to be beneficial in other similar cleaning applications in various types of industries.
CARBONCUT is supplied in a concentrated form. The severity of the cleaning application will determine the extent of dilution required. It can be applied in a variety of ways, depending on the nature of the cleaning work to be done.
Shake well before use. Mix with water in proportion as desired in accordance with the severity of the cleaning application.
Apply by brush, rag or sprayer thoroughly, making sure all surfaces have been covered. Leave it for about 20-30 minutes for the chemical to work and rinse thoroughly with high pressure water jet.
Soak Tank: Solutions for immersion are used straight at temperatures between 60oC to 80oC for accelerated decarbonizing. However, if temperature is an issue, CARBONCUT may also be used at room temperature. Leave all equipments into tanks and allow it to work for 4-24 hours. Lift up the equipments and rinse thoroughly with high pressure water jet. May attack paint and rubber.

|Eye||Flush with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Seek immediate medical attention.|
